New Beginnings

I am a sucker for fad diets.

I’ve been on Atkins. I’ve attended Weight Watchers and Slimming World. I even lasted a few months on Tony Ferguson Meal Replacement shakes. And while yes, I lost weight following all these plans, each time I’ve put it all – plus more – back on.

This week, instead of going on a diet, I’m changing my lifestyle.

I plan on doing two things.

1. I am going to learn to love healthy food.
2. I am going to learn to love to exercise.

This process may take some time, but I think I am finally in the mindset where I can do this.

I hope to use this blog to keep me on track.
